Description
The Muskegon Area Intermediate School District (MAISD) is seeking a general contractor for the interior renovations of their administrative offices located at 630 Harvey Street, Muskegon, MI 49442. The project includes all labor, materials, and permits necessary for the complete construction as specified. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining proper barricades and protection for the public, providing a full-time field superintendent, and coordinating the work and all other sub-trades. The project is expected to be completed by September 2026. Key aspects of the project include:
