Description
The U.S. Army is seeking commercial sources to provide Master Planning support to the 9th MSC Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The contractor will perform Real Property Ownership and Base Operations (BASOPS) support, including analysis and coordination for Military Construction (MILCON) projects. The service involves technical reviews, planning support for various Army Reserve construction programs, and maintaining long- and short-range plans. The primary location for the team will be Fort Shafter Flats, Honolulu, HI.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Providing technical expertise, reviews, and support to military construction project designs and plans
• Reviewing construction plans for technical sufficiency and critical performance
• Advising, supporting, informing, and facilitating the 9th MSC DPW Plans Division in MILCON programming areas
• Developing and maintaining an Enduring Facility List and supporting the drafting of the Real Property Planning Board documentation
• Providing data to support 9th MSC area development plans, site master plans, decision briefs, point papers, and other similar technical documents
