Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole-source contract to R. S. Means Company LLC for 20 concurrent user licenses of the CostWorks software and Full Library (CD Version). The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the place of performance will be at the W2SD ENDIST BALTIMORE, CONTRACTING DIVISION, 2 HOPKINS PLAZA, BALTIMORE, MD 21201-2526. The contract includes two line items: the first for the 2026 CostWorks RSFO, and the second for an option for the 2027 CostWorks CD. Key features of the contract include:
• The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, and services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
• The contractor shall deliver the software and library to the specified address.
• The Government will pay a firm-fixed price for the contract.
• The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and inspection.
• The contractor shall comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses, including those related to item unique identification, wide area workflow, and buy American and balance of payments program.
