Description
The City of Issaquah is seeking on-call engineering consultants to provide technical support for stormwater modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting. The selected consultant will be required to provide services including system wide sewer modeling updates, available capacity evaluations, and support in the development of new capital improvement projects. The consultant must be familiar with the City of Issaquah Stormwater Management Policy and the King County Surface Water Design Manual.
• Support in system wide sewer modeling updates, calibration, and development
• Provide available capacity evaluations for new developments
• Support in the development of new Capital Improvement Projects
• Perform system capacity analysis and identification of deficiencies
• Conduct scenario modeling for various growth scenarios
• Support in the development of code or standard detail updates
• Provide field inspections as required
• Prepare technical memos, modeling summaries, and design recommendations
