Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Chennai, India is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for the Multistack Chiller at the consulate. The contractor will be required to perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the chiller is functioning properly. The consulate has clarified that the warranty requirement applies only to defects in workmanship directly associated with the services performed under this contract, and does not extend to equipment failures, component failures, warranty labor, pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or parts and materials not supplied by the contractor.
