Description
The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is seeking information from potential contractors to determine market capability and obtain market research information for the Research Protections Information Technology Management System (RPITMS) Support Services. The requirement includes operating, maintaining, and enhancing the DON RPITMS, ensuring continuity of operations and flexibility to respond to evolving user needs. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical support, managing system change requests, and ensuring compliance with Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Section 508 accessibility requirements. The contract period of performance is estimated to be 60 months, with a firm fixed price level of effort for labor and cost reimbursement for other direct costs.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must have experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online (SPO) administration.
• The contractor must demonstrate a clear approach to full software development lifecycle (SDLC) management using Agile Scrum methodology.
• The contractor must provide daily help desk support and generate project performance metrics/reports.
• The contractor must have a proposed plan for day-to-day operations, governance, and user support.
The ONR plans to award one task order for the requirements under the PWS, with a total value of $5M and a performance period of 60 months. The contract will be awarded to a small business concern with an IDIQ contract under Navy Seaport Next Gen.
