The State of South Carolina, through Midlands Technical College, is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, install, replace, remove, and maintain exterior pole‑mounted banners across multiple college campuses. The contractor must audit existing hardware, provide new banner materials in two standard sizes, supply associated mounting hardware, and fulfill emergency replacement requests within tight timeframes. The contract is a fixed‑price, unit‑price arrangement with an initial one‑year term and up to four one‑year renewal options, for a total possible duration of five years.
• Provide new 24‑in × 60‑in and 12‑in × 53‑in banners (estimated 300 of the larger size and 200 of the smaller size per replacement cycle).
• Supply, install, and maintain all required mounting brackets and hardware; perform emergency banner replacements within 15 working days of notification.
• Deliver all items FOB Destination to designated MTC campuses, meet a 30‑day after receipt of order delivery window, and adhere to all insurance, licensing, and state‑procurement requirements.
