Description
The U.S. Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa is seeking a supplier to deliver 50PPM diesel to two locations in Pretoria. The first location requires 26,000L of diesel, and the second location requires 4,000L of diesel. The fuel must be delivered in trucks no larger than a rigid truck, and diesel test kits must be included with the delivery. The successful offeror will be required to comply with U.S. clauses and provide a certification regarding compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
• The U.S. Government will award the contract to a responsible company with the means to supply the commodity and submit the lowest priced quotation.
• The contract will be a fixed-priced contract, and the U.S. Embassy will make no provision for fluctuations in price or exchange rates after the order has been placed.
• The successful offeror will be required to submit a certification regarding compliance with the NDAA and provide a disclosure regarding the use of covered telecommunications equipment or services.
• The U.S. Embassy will make payment within 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and/or services and receipt of invoice.
