The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department seeks a qualified contractor to perform exterior painting and staining of the Medical Office Building in Frisco, CO, including wood fascia, trim, dormer details, metal doors, and additional metal components as specified in the addendum. The work will be scheduled to start in June 2026, with a field execution window from May‑September 2026.
