Description
The U.S. Embassy Madrid, Spain is seeking to purchase a passenger van for its fleet. The van must meet or exceed the following specifications: hybrid standard all-wheel-drive system, plug-in hybrid vehicle, 8 seats, six to eight-speed automatic transmission, minimum 200 horsepower, minimum fuel capacity of 50 liters, fog and LED lights, parking assistance, rear camera, hands-free audio, airbags for driver and passengers, traction control, climate control, sliding doors on both sides, silver color, and spare wheel. The vehicle will be registered with diplomatic plates. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.
• The contractor must provide full destination services, including shipping, custom clearance, temporary warehousing, local delivery, loading/offloading, installation, and in drive-away condition at the final destination.
• The contractor must comply with all import requirements mandated by the Government of Spain and obtain all necessary export licenses.
• The contractor must provide a copy of the warranty information, which must cover service in Spain and be done by Spanish dealers.
