Description
The Worcester Housing Authority is seeking bids for the 2025-04 Plumbing Riser Replacement Phase I project. The project consists of removal and replacement of plumbing risers, sprinkler systems, and plumbing fixtures, as well as demolition and installation of gypsum board and misc. cabinetry to access plumbing risers. The project also requires removal and replacement of fire protection soffits and asbestos remediation. The project will be performed in a phased approach as described in the construction documents.
