Description
The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is seeking qualified companies to provide architectural services for TDEM facilities. The selected companies will be required to provide pre-planning site selection, facility standards, facility programming, and comprehensive Program of Requirements (POR) development services. The services will be administered in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
• The contract period will be from the date of award until August 31, 2028, with the option to renew for an additional two one-year periods.
• The Respondent(s) selected shall have an excellent track record for providing these services relative to the size and scope of TDEM projects.
• TDEM may select as many Respondents as needed to ensure coverage throughout the State of Texas.
• The Respondent(s) shall not include any pricing information of any type in their response.
• The professional fees under this Contract must be fair and reasonable and may not exceed any maximum provided by law.
