CONTRACTUAL MANAGEMENT OF THE SUMTER COUNTY TAX ASSESSORS' OFFICE

The Sumter County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full-service management of the Tax Assessors' Office. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Georgia law, maintaining accurate and equitable property valuations, and producing required digest documentation. The scope of work includes annual field reviews, pricing schedule updates, personal property valuations, mapping services, parcel combinations and splits, deed transfers, and digest preparation. The contractor must also maintain the county's sales ratio in the 38-40% range.
