Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide MSP OK2SAY posters, sized 16x20. The vendor will be evaluated based on their turnaround time, ability to print in Michigan, pricing, and experience with similar projects. The contract will include terms and conditions such as payment, warranties, and termination. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements and non-discrimination policies.
• The vendor must provide an itemized statement of all charges with their invoice.
• The vendor is responsible for paying all costs associated with packaging, freight, and shipping.
• The vendor must ensure that all deliverables are provided to the State by the specified date and time.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
• The vendor must not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, height, weight, marital status, partisan considerations, or any mental or physical disability.
