Description
The State of Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide horticultural support for wetland tree planting in five locations. The contractor will be responsible for planting trees and providing other related services. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price. The project is expected to start on September 14, 2026.
