Description
The Marine Corps University (MCU) requires Microsoft 365 A5, Planner and Project Plan 3, Visio Plan 2, Defender for Business, Power Automate Premium, and Power Apps Premium annual licensing. The contract is for a 12-month period, starting from 01 July 2026. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote, and the Government intends to award on an "all-or-none" basis. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of Microsoft 365 Education products and services and demonstrate technical capability, including the ability to meet the required delivery schedule.
• The contractor must provide proof of authorized reseller status for Microsoft 365 Education products and services.
• The contractor must submit representations for small business joint ventures.
• The contractor must demonstrate past performance, and the Government will evaluate past performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
