Intent to Sole Source Modification

The Indian Health Service (IHS) has awarded a sole source modification to UpToDate, Inc., under existing Contract No. 75H70522P00055. The purpose of this modification is to add additional IHS Area Office sites to an existing contract, within the general scope of the existing contract, and is necessary to ensure uninterrupted performance of essential health services in support of IHS mission objectives. • The modification must be executed with the incumbent contractor to maintain system continuity and prevent mission disruption. • The incumbent operates the integrated infrastructure, holds proprietary data rights, and maintains specialized technical certifications necessary for compliance with HHS and IHS security frameworks. • Any offerors believing they can provide the requirement as outlined above may provide evidence for consideration.
