Shadow Mountain Pump Station

The County of Cowlitz is seeking a qualified manufacturer to supply a complete, pre‑packaged potable water booster pump station (Shadow Mountain) that includes pump, VFD, PLC, UL‑listed control panel, sensors, piping, valves, and all related appurtenances. The supplier must be UL QCZJ and UL 508A listed, ISO‑9001:2015 certified, and provide factory testing, documentation, on‑site start‑up support, a 12‑month performance warranty and a 25‑year corrosion warranty on the skid. Delivery must occur within 70 calendar days of contract award to Parcel #EF3008001 near 5050 Spirit Lake Highway. The County will handle off‑loading under a separate contract. Payment is structured 10% on submittal approval, 85% on delivery, and 5% on successful testing. The project includes detailed submittal requirements (drawings, data sheets, certifications, operation & maintenance manuals) and must meet numerous industry standards (WSDOT, APWA, ANSI/HI, AWWA, NEC, UL, ISO). • Provide a fully fabricated, tested, and shipped booster pump station (≈90 gpm @ 300 ft TDH, plus 25 gpm jockey pump). • Include pump, motor, VFD, PLC, control panel, sensors, flow/pressure instrumentation, and corrosion‑protected steel/aluminum enclosure. • Perform factory hydrostatic, vibration, flow, and wet testing; supply detailed test data. • Offer on‑site start‑up assistance, training, and warranty support. • Submit comprehensive shop drawings, certifications, and operation manuals.
