JPMC RFP Payroll and Timekeeping

The State of Illinois, Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT), is seeking proposals for a joint purchase master contract for Mainframe as a Service, specifically for payroll and timekeeping services. The contract is expected to last for three years. The successful bidder will be required to provide mainframe skills, integration engineering skills, mainframe security skills, project/program management skills, and other related services. The bidder must also comply with the State of Illinois Standard Security Requirements and other applicable regulations. • Mainframe skills are required for senior and intermediate levels. • Integration engineering skills are required for senior levels. • Mainframe security skills are required for senior levels. • Project/program management skills are required for senior levels. • The contract will be for a period of three years. • The bidder must provide a technical response and a price workbook as part of the proposal. • The bidder must also provide a commitment to diversity vendor answer form and a BEP utilization plan.
