The State of Maryland’s Comptroller Office is issuing a Small Business Reserve (SBR) Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORPF) to obtain Broadcom CA Mainframe software licenses, maintenance, and support. Only Master Contractors already holding the COTS 2012 contract (060B2490021) and certified under Maryland’s SBR program may submit. The contract will cover licensing, installation/training (if needed), and multi‑year maintenance for the Broadcom CA suite, with work to begin 12/31/2026 and conclude 12/30/2029.
