Catoosa County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a turnkey rooftop chiller replacement at the County Colonnade in Ringgold, GA. The scope includes removal of the existing 215‑ton, air‑cooled Trane chiller, proper refrigerant recovery, disposal, and installation of a new comparable chiller with low‑ambient capability, sound‑dampening, full mechanical and electrical integration, control system upgrade, piping modifications, insulation, testing, commissioning, and training. The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, permits, engineering services, a 1‑hour service response, and a 60‑day warranty, and must supply bid, payment, and performance bonds (5% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds).
