Description
The Jefferson Parish Department of Public Works – Parkways Department is soliciting qualified contractors for a two-year contract for turnkey decorative and landscape lighting maintenance. The scope of work includes monitoring, troubleshooting, fixture repair and replacement, and general electrical work within the rights-of-way of unincorporated Jefferson Parish. The contractor will be required to visit each site a minimum of once per month, take dated pictures, and submit a monthly maintenance report. The contract will be bid as a lump sum price for monthly inspection, and the contractor will be required to provide unit pricing for typical maintenance and replacement items.
