Description
The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking bids for an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Bottled Water Service. The agreement is for an as-needed basis, with an estimated annual spend of $15,000. The agreement will be from the date of execution to and including 5/31/2027. Bidders are required to provide unit costs for each line item, and prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. The City will issue individual written purchase orders as needed, and the obligation of the City agency shall not exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order.
• The agreement includes various line items, such as new hot/cold dispensers, 5-gallon bottles, disposable cups, and bottled water cases and pallets.
• Bidders must provide the unit cost for each line item.
• The City will not accept bottled deposits.
• Stacking crates will be provided at no additional charge.
