Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully renovate the Ojo Encino Chapter House restrooms, bringing them up to current code and ADA accessibility standards. The work includes demolition of existing finishes, installation of new windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, HVAC, finishes, and all associated site work, with a requirement to begin within 30 days of award and complete the project within one year.
• Complete demolition of existing restroom components and related building elements.
• Install new ADA‑compliant fixtures, plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and finishes (drywall, paint, VCT flooring, etc.).
• Provide required bonds, insurances, warranties, and adhere to Navajo Nation preference and labor standards.
