Description
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is soliciting licensed contractors to provide design/build services for the renovation of staff quarters at Mariano Lake, Crownpoint, and Pueblo Pintado. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing supervision, labor, and equipment to complete the project, which includes modernizing the buildings and bringing them into compliance with current building codes. The project also involves upgrading associated utility systems.
• The contractor must provide a price schedule, response to evaluation factors, and a bid bond to be considered for the award.
• The solicitation will close on April 23, 2065, at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
• Questions must be submitted by Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at COB.
