Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration seeks a vendor to provide a full‑service 12‑month lease of a temporary office trailer for one employee at Northwoods National Cemetery in Harshaw, WI. The contractor must deliver, set up, secure, and later dismantle and remove the trailer, including all associated equipment (skirting, steps, ADA ramp, HVAC, lighting, and power). Monthly lease fees must cover all recurring costs, and the provider must maintain required permits, licenses, and an inspection system, responding to repair requests within 72 hours.
• Minimum trailer size 160 sq ft, ≤ 3 years old, with specific interior finishes, insulation, and exterior aesthetics suitable for a national cemetery.
• Delivery and setup must be pre‑approved by the COR/CO; any rejected trailer requires a replacement within 10 business days.
• Monthly invoicing via the Tungsten e‑Invoice Network; payments made by EFT after COR approval.
