C223--Chilled Water Multiple 3-Way Valve Replacement (VA-26-00019254)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential sources for Architect-Engineer services to replace chilled water multiple 3-way valves with 2-way valves at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Salisbury VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. The project involves designing and replacing the valves, as well as providing DDC controls per each building's controller. The design must be done according to VA Specifications, Design Guides, Infection Control Guidelines, and all applicable codes. The work will also comply with all Energy Standards and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) / Life Safety Code.
