Adams County, Colorado is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) for the Head Start Classrooms Remodel at the Greyhound Park Landing Apartments. The selected firm will provide CMGC services, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. The project involves remodeling classrooms and associated spaces. The CMGC will work with the County staff, Design Consultants, and other contractors to develop a project that meets the County's goals while maintaining a design and budget within established parameters.
