PURCHASE OF (1) CARGO VAN

The City of Quincy is seeking proposals for the purchase of one cargo van for the Quincy Police Department. The van should be a 2025 or 2026 Medium Roof Cargo Van with a V6 engine, 16” silver steel wheels, and cloth front bucket seats. The van should also have a backup camera, rear cargo door fixed windows, and a load area protection package. The City is also considering trade-in options for several vehicles, including a 2014 Harley Davidson FLHT police bike, a 2010 Chevy Camaro, and several Ford Explorer Police Interceptors. • The proposal should include the cost of the vehicle, delivery, and any trade-in options. • The proposal should also include information about the vehicle's warranty and any additional features or accessories. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to negotiate contract changes with the selected proposer. • The City also reserves the right to terminate the RFP process and negotiate a contract independently of this process with any entity.
