Description
Newark Public Schools is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive English Language Arts (ELA) professional development for approximately 2,275 K‑12 teachers across the district. The work includes workshop‑based training, job‑embedded instructional coaching, and curriculum‑support services aligned with the district’s written ELA curriculum and supplemental tools such as Fundations, SIPPS, and Amira Learning. Services will be delivered primarily in‑person during school hours and summer sessions, with optional after‑school offerings. The contract will run for an initial two‑year term (May 1 2026 – April 30 2028) with an optional two‑year renewal, for a maximum of four years, at a fixed price (no escalations). Vendors must submit separate pricing for Years 1‑2 and Years 3‑4, provide financial statements, and demonstrate capacity to serve the district’s diverse teacher population, including multilingual and special‑education learners.
