The Northeast Ohio Medical University is seeking a design-build firm to provide services for the Miami-NeoMed Nursing project. The project includes interior flooring and finishes replacement, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, IT network and infrastructure upgrades, and other work as defined during the programming phase. The estimated cost of work is $1,100,000, and the planned building area is 17,822 square feet. The project is on an expedited schedule to allow classes to commence in May 2027. • The project requires a design-build firm to provide services including site surveys, programming, and construction. • The firm will be responsible for providing a complete proposal package, including a technical proposal, pricing proposal, and supplemental information. • The selection criteria for the project include the firm's experience, qualifications, and proposed design and construction plan. • The project schedule includes a pre-proposal meeting, site tour, proposal submission, interviews, and award of the contract.
