Budget estimate

$5,100,000 – $8,500,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and industry standards. The construction of 1.7 miles of roadway infrastructure, including two 16-foot travel lanes, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and a four-foot sidewalk, is a significant project. The cost of such a project can range from $5 million to $15 million, depending on factors such as labor costs, material prices, and equipment rental fees. Assuming an average cost per mile of $3 million to $5 million, the total project cost would be around $5.1 million to $8.5 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary based on the contractor's bid and the City's evaluation of the proposals. The final budget will depend on the contractor's ability to complete the project within the specified timeframe and budget, as well as their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
