The City of Wilmington is seeking a vendor to design, host, implement, and support a comprehensive Parking Permit Management System. The solution must provide real‑time permit issuance, renewal, and enforcement capabilities, integrate with payment gateways, support a web‑based citizen portal, and deliver extensive reporting while meeting PCI‑DSS and ADA compliance. The contractor will also provide ongoing maintenance, system updates, and service‑level support for a multi‑year term.
