Site Assessment Services CTE High School

Harnett County Schools is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Site Assessment firms to provide Site Assessment Services for a new CTE High School facility. The selected firm will provide comprehensive site assessment services, including boundary and topographic surveys, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, stormwater drainage analysis, and geotechnical borings. The firm will work closely with the Owner's selected Design Consultant and Construction Manager at Risk throughout all phases of the assessment process. Key services to be provided include: • Boundary and topographic surveys • Phase I Environmental Site Assessments • Stormwater drainage analysis • Geotechnical borings • Coordination with utility providers • Traffic engineering studies The project must be designed and constructed in accordance with applicable North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (DPI) guidelines, North Carolina Building Code, and other regulations.
