Description
The Missouri Schools for the Severely Disabled (MSSD) is seeking bids for therapy or nursing services. The contractor will provide Physical Therapy services and qualified Physical Therapists for MSSD students in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in the IFB. The contractor must provide services at the assigned MSSD school, and services shall be provided with an integrated approach in conjunction with the teacher in the classroom or most appropriate educational space.
• The contractor shall provide services for MSSD students as required by the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• The contractor shall provide direct behavior services to support the student in achieving IEP goals and benchmarks.
• The contractor shall provide consultation with classroom staff and other MSSD personnel to collaborate on supporting the student in achievement of IEP goals.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity.
