Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors for a sources sought announcement for the provision of Medical Laboratory and Pathology Services, including autopsy services, to the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for performing pre-analytic processing, analysis, and reporting of analytical results and interpretation for clinical and anatomical pathology specimens. The services will be provided to three participating sites: Omaha VA Medical Center, Lincoln Community Based Outreach Clinic, and Grand Island Community Based Outreach Clinic.
• The contract will be a single-award, Five-Year, Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract.
• The contractor must provide all reference lab testing services for the test menu listed in Attachment B.
• The contractor must have a CLIA Certificate of Accreditation for each laboratory location.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement demonstrating experience providing reference lab testing services.
