Hammerman Gas/Diesel Tank Replacement

The project involves the removal and replacement of existing above-ground gasoline and diesel fuel storage systems at Gunpowder Falls State Park: Hammerman Area. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, permits, etc., necessary to complete the project. The project includes the installation of new above-ground storage tanks, concrete pads, bollard posts, steps, attached side mount dispensers, pumps, piping, wiring, etc. The contractor must also remove and properly dispose of all excess materials, debris, etc., and restore the site to a pre-construction condition. • The project requires a minimum of 51% of all work to be performed by the prime contractor's own employee workforce. • The project has a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goal of 15%. • The project has a Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) participation goal of 0%. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including OSHA-MOSHA regulations and environmental regulations. • The contractor must provide a temporary gasoline tank with a minimum capacity of 1000 gallons for use by the facility throughout construction.
