City of Eagle Pass Design and Build of Recycling Collection Center

The City of Eagle Pass is seeking a qualified vendor to design and build a prefabricated Recycling Collection Center. The scope of work includes the engineering and installation of a prefabricated building, construction of a reinforced concrete slab foundation, connection to all necessary utilities, and the inclusion of interior spaces such as an office area and breakroom. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, site preparation, fabrication, delivery, installation, and finish-out of interior spaces. • The project requires a turnkey solution that meets the CITY’s operational needs for recycling services while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and standards. • The vendor must provide a complete proposal, including a detailed narrative, qualifications and experience, references, and proof of insurance. • The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate the terms of the contract with the selected vendor.
