Description
The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide license plate shipping services. The successful vendor will be responsible for picking up packages and license plates daily from the License Plate Factory and delivering them to residents of Nevada. The vendor must provide tracking information and have the ability to transfer the tracking data to the Department electronically. The contract is expected to start on October 1, 2025, and last for an initial term of four years, with the option to renew for an additional four years.

• Ability to handle fluctuations in shipping volume
• Ability to provide guaranteed services with no lapse in coverage
• Ability to provide online tracking and reporting
• Ability to provide delivery services to post office boxes and rural areas
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
