The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a Kitchen Renovation at their Keyel Dr IRA located at 108 Keyel Dr, Rochester, NY 14625, and a Ceiling Track Installation at LaRue IRA, 105 Charles St, Wayland, NY 14572. Contractors must attend a mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. The project requires compliance with New York State public works regulations, including prevailing wages and insurance requirements.
• The contractor will be responsible for renovating the kitchen at Keyel Dr IRA and installing ceiling tracks at LaRue IRA.
• The contractor must comply with all local and state building codes and regulations.

• The contractor must guarantee their work for at least one year, including parts, materials, and labor.
