The Lindenwold Board of Education seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) training and professional‑development services for the 2026‑2027 school year. The vendor will develop tiered academic and behavioral protocols, deliver a full‑day administrative training, conduct cohort trainings totaling at least 10 hours per year, and provide individual/group coaching sessions (minimum eight sessions) for the MTSS Supervisor and counseling staff. All services must align with New Jersey’s Tiered System of Supports framework and include both in‑person and virtual delivery options. Deliverables include SOP documents, training materials, coaching reports, and an implementation schedule; the contract runs from July 1 2026 to June 30 2027 and cannot be renewed without a new solicitation.
• Develop district‑wide SOPs for Tier 1‑3 academic and behavioral interventions.
• Provide a one‑day administrative training (July 7 or 8 2026) and ≥10 hours of cohort training for counselors, coaches, teachers, and administrators.
• Offer ≥8 coaching sessions (≥10 hours total) covering counseling roles, chronic absenteeism, de‑escalation, data‑driven tier movement, and self‑care.
• Deliver all services in both in‑person and virtual formats, with full compliance documentation (insurance, background checks, anti‑discrimination certifications, etc.).
