ON-CALL SPACE PLANNING AND INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Services will be delivered on a task‑order basis with no guaranteed minimum work, but with a three‑year base term (possible two one‑year extensions) and a total ceiling of $250,000. The consultant must have at least five years of California experience, be proficient in AutoCAD, CET, OfficeSpace, and familiar with Herman Miller/MillerKnoll furniture systems, and possess knowledge of California Building Codes and local regulations.
