Services- Continuing Education and Continuing Education Reporting Services

The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) is seeking a contractor to provide Continuing Education and Continuing Education Reporting Services. The contractor will assist the MIA with processing initial and renewal continuing education course approvals, instructor applications, and auditing courses, as well as banking, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Maryland's legal requirements for continuing education. The contractor will also provide a system to support the continuing education program, including a web-based application, data migration, testing, and training. The system must meet specific requirements, including security, availability, and nonvisual access standards. • The contractor will provide a system to support the continuing education program. • The system must meet specific security requirements, including compliance with the State IT Security Manual and the MIA's Information Technology Security Policy. • The contractor will provide training and support for MIA staff and users. • The contractor will ensure that the system meets nonvisual access standards, including compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 A & AA Success Criteria. • The contractor will provide a comprehensive accessibility audit report and remediation plan, if necessary.
