Description
Judson Independent School District is seeking multiple vendors to provide a broad array of curriculum, instructional, and special‑education products and services on an “as‑needed” basis. The contract will run for five years and vendors may bill hourly or daily rates for services that include curriculum delivery, professional development, consulting, and related educational support across core and supplemental subjects. Vendors must meet extensive insurance, background‑check, and certification requirements and submit a hard‑copy proposal with a USB copy by the deadline.
• Provide curriculum, instructional materials, and special‑education services for core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies) and optional areas (STEM, CTE, ESL, AP, etc.).
• Offer professional‑development and consulting services (training, coaching, curriculum integration, technology support).
• Comply with strict vendor conduct policies, insurance minimums, and federal‑funding clauses; submit a full set of required forms (A1‑A6, P, R, W‑9, etc.).
• Pricing evaluated on price, vendor reputation, ability to meet Historically Underutilized Business rules, and overall fit with district needs.
