The County of Los Angeles seeks a vendor to provide on‑call recycling services for commercial and institutional customers throughout the county. This is an on‑call, prime‑contract solicitation with an estimated ceiling of $3 million. The contractor will be responsible for collection, processing, and proper disposal/recovery of recyclable materials, responding to service requests as they arise.
