The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Robco Specialities, Inc. for the provision of Water Heaters and Water Treatment Systems. The contract is a one-time firm fixed price contract. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source. Interested parties may submit expressions of interest, which should include pricing data and technical data, to determine if a comparable source is available.
