SUNY Maritime iseeks a consultant to provide full design services, including; design development, construction documents, procurement and construction administration for an interior finishes rehab project, and an elevator rehab project for three elevators located in Baylis Residence Hall. Interested firms must: (1) have experience providing design services; (2) employexperienced staff with thorough knowledge of their area(s) of expertise; and (3) be a New York State licensed and registered architect/engineer. This procurnment is subject to New York State Finance Law §§139-j &-k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed as a designated contact.
