Description
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Research and Development intends to award a sole‑source contract to replace an aging Avidity Science Bottle Filling Station (Edstrom Model BFS‑675) at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. The replacement must be the identical make/model to fit existing space, utilities, and infrastructure, avoiding any construction or abatement.
