HDPE PIPE AND FITTINGS, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF, RPQ

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking pre-qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of HDPE pipe and fittings. The vendors will be selected based on their ability to provide the required goods and services. The contract will be for a term, and the County will order on an as-needed basis. The vendors must meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including providing proof of insurance and complying with the County's Commercial Non-Discrimination Policy. • The vendors must provide HDPE pipe and fittings that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. • The vendors must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to be eligible for local preference. • The vendors must submit a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 with their response. • The vendors must provide proof of insurance, including Commercial General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation & Employer's Liability Insurance. • The vendors must comply with the County's Commercial Non-Discrimination Policy and the Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance.
