Description
The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources is seeking qualified attorneys to provide legal services related to real property, including title work, real estate closings, and litigation. The selected attorneys will be placed on contract and used as needed. The contract term is anticipated to be from October 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
• The scope of work includes performing title searches, creating abstracts of title, drafting deeds, leases, and other real estate-related instruments, and representing clients in state and federal courts in real estate-related matters.
• The evaluation criteria include the vendor's experience, knowledge, and qualifications, as well as their ability to provide the required services.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best interests of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.
